If Window Organizer isn’t right for you, you can have your money back.

30 days, no questions asked

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. You don’t need to explain why, and we won’t ask.

How to ask

Email appdevbymwc@gmail.com with the email address you bought with, or your order number from your receipt. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle, our Merchant of Record, using the link in your receipt email or at paddle.net.

What happens next

The refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method, in full, including any tax you were charged. It usually arrives within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. Once refunded, your licence key should no longer be used.

After 30 days

If something has gone wrong after 30 days — the app stopped working, or you were charged in error — email us anyway. We’ll treat it fairly. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer law.
